Lesson 1
- Have a look at the picture and the video below and figure out the title of the unit: 1 word, 5 letters: (ROOMS)
- In your copybook, draw a table:

- With a dictionary, start filling your table with words describing rooms you see or pieces of furniture.
- Read the text below and look for the vocabulary you could add in the table.
"There were a hundred and forty-two staircases at Hogwarts: wide, sweeping ones; narrow, rickety ones; some that ledsomewhere different on a Friday; some with a vanishing step halfway up that you had to remember to jump. Then there were doors that wouldn't open unless you asked politely, or tickled them in exactly the right place, and doors that weren't really doors at all, but solid walls just pretending. It was also very hard to remember where anything was, because it all seemed to move around a lot. Lesson 4
Below, you'll find Ms Genin's real estate agency. You will have activities on each page of the document. Those activities need to be written in your copybook: when you have a long text, just write the words (for example: in one exercice, you will have to click on the nouns. Just write the list of nouns, not the whole text).
- When you will be asked to write a description -> assignment: In French or in English write the description of the house according to the picture.
In the end, you should have new vocabulary. The last slide is the assignment: Following every information gathered in the document and using the template you have created, create an ad to sell or lease your house. It doesn't need to be long. It needs to:
- follow the template and have all the information needed
- have a brief description of the house (with nouns and adjectives)
