Lesson 1 - Introduction

Final exam

At the end of your 2-year class, you will have to present an exam. 

You will have

  • a 5-minute oral to explain and present a project or a task done during your course
  • a 5-minute oral interview with questions concerning your work as well as more generic questions about what you have studied.

Your results will determine the obtention of a language certificate! 


Requirements: 

You need:

  • to understand the different concepts in Health and Welfare
  • to be able to explain those concepts and make it understandable for others
  • to understand and be understood in a foreign language


Course expectations

You will face many challenges in this class. The best way to tackle them is to give it a try. Do not despair. Your teachers and your classmates are here to help you! 

You will work in groups or in pairs, therefore you need to be able to work and communicate with others. Share your ideas and your concerns and listen to others’. The key to success is communication

You will also need: 

  • to give it your best 
  • to have your book/document organiser/homework 
  • to learn your vocabulary and your lessons regularly
  • your own dictionary for every classes that you will fill with new words throughout the year

4th activity: Guess Who?

Pick a card and using the words and help, have your classmates discover the job you are presenting.
