Have a look at the document below and complete it. Then, in a table compare their point of view using the grammatical elements below.
Think of the concept of traditional family and make a list of all the differences between the two that you can see in the family tree.

Lesson 3
- Have a look at the poster below and introduce it.
Then, ask member of your family or friends about their own generation (1972 and 2022) and add the information while completing the poster.
Then have a look at the different posters and compare them.
Lesson 4
Each house is going to receive a document and cards. Put the cards in the right cell and then create a mind map with all the informations for each generations.
Lesson 5 - Final Task
You're having a family dinner. Someone points out a tweet they have read and each member of the family has their own opinion according to their generation.
In groups of 4:
Each member of your group will act as one member of one of the four generations studied:
- Baby boomers
- Gen X
- Millennials
- Gen Z
YOU WILL NOT CHOOSE WHO YOU PLAY.
First: pick a tweet. Read it and find the arguments in favour or against for each generation.
Then, organise your scene: choose the generation who is going to start the discussion, the one who is going to be in favour, the one against, etc.
Make a list of all the phrases and vocabulary you might need for each role.
Once it's all done, you will come to the board, pick your Gen card and act out your scene in front of the class.
