  • Answer the quiz How much do you read?
  • Now in the same vein make a survey for the library.
  • Situation: you are a librarian and want to know the reading habits of your students. Make a survey with at least 10 questions. 
  • Read The Princess and the Pea
  • For each paragraph figure out what is happening.
  • Try to find a title for each one

  • Watch the movie and take notes about every thing that you think pertains to a fairy tale

Lesson 5


  • On a mind map, organise all the elements that make a story a fairy tale. 
  • Now, consider Shrek: how does it go against everything you've said?

Lesson 6


  • Read Little Red Ski Cap.Afficher un aperçu du document Highlight the bits that change from the original one. 
  • In your house, choose a fairy tale. Create a mind map around that story using the narrative outline. Create another mind map with the narrative outline but change details to create a fractured fairy tale. 
  • Dispatch each part to each member of your fractured fairy tale and get started!
